NOVEL Uptown is centrally located in Denver where art, architecture, culinary and musical cultures all collide. Behind the handsome facade is an unexpectedly dynamic living experience that celebrates the cultural confluence that defines this unique pocket of Denver with a bold mix of inspiration and experiences. NOVEL Uptown invites residents to live in a community that’s as multidimensional as they are. I worked with a creative writer to bring the multifaceted living experience vision for NOVEL Uptown to life and to differentiate it from other luxury apartments.

Deliverables included a vision board, brochure, floor plan inserts, business cards, smaller promotional hand out, a quick reference style sheet, brand guidelines, website and email template.
