NOVEL Davidson presents a rare opportunity for those seeking the idyllic Main Street lifestyle of Davidson, NC. NOVEL Davidson is effortlessly authentic, walkable to picturesque streets dotted with bespoke stores. Beckoning with unassuming splendor and small-town charm, living here is lavishly local. I worked with a creative writer to develop the look/feel and messaging for a variety of marketing materials.

Deliverables included a vision board, brochure, floor plan inserts, business cards (two directions shown), stationery (two directions shown), smaller promotional hand out, swag, fence wraps, a quick reference style sheet, brand guidelines, website and email template.
