For the Davidson Reserve brand identity and builder offering, the objective was to establish a premium visual identity for an exclusive portfolio of eight luxury barndominiums nestled within 48 acres of protected conservation forest in Davidson, North Carolina. To command a premium market position, the visual system features a classic nature-inspired palette that seamlessly balances quiet luxury with the functional needs of the development offering. The property's narrative is elevated through rich tactile textures paired with fine-line custom wildlife iconography.

Deliverables included a logo, brand merchandise and a builder pitch book.
